The EFCC alleged that the men fished in the Nigerian territorial waters without obtaining lawful authority, justice Buba
granted each of the men N10m bail with an order that they remain in the
Ikoyi prison until they pay the complete N10m bail charge .
However their lawyer, Yekeen pleaded with the court to allow one of them to be remanded in the EFCC's custody because of his health condition .but the prosecutor, Mr. Aliya Yusuf, raised an objection .
This is really sad , there is nothing like justice in this country .how will they expect them to raise that amount of money ?
