This photo was taken at a recent birthday bash that happened somewhere in Ikeja Lagos where guys & girls got high on drinks & smokes and started dancing almost naked.
I don't believe such can be done outdoor. wow!
Looks like Miami Kenya but its actually Nigerians in action this time around.
